The portal displays available days and times for all teachers of each child. Parents book the slot they want, and the secretaries and teachers are automatically notified.

1. Parents can choose their preferred 5 or 10 minutes when the teacher is available for appointments, within a specific timeframe
2. You can define the maximum number of appointments that a student can have with a teacher, the minimum time between these appointments and the minimum time before the cancellation of an appointment
3. Parents and teachers receive an email upon booking or amending an appointment
